It is often difficult for families to make decisions regarding funeral arrangements at the time of the death of a loved one. In the midst of grieving, the family must make many important decisions and frequently wish they knew the desires of the one who died. This is an opportunity for you to think about the plans for your funeral service.
You may wish to complete this Funeral Planning Form (available by clicking on the graphic to the left) together your family or a friend, the Pastor or another member of the church staff, or you may wish to complete it by yourself. Your willingness to share your wishes may make it easier for your spouse or family at the time of your death. Completed forms can be kept on file in the church office. You may also wish to make a copy for your family or the funeral home (if you have arrangements on file).
